Razor Sword

How to get it: Melt the Mountain Smithy's hearth and then give your Kokiri Sword to the Smithy to reforge for 100 rupees.

What it does: This sword strikes with double the damage as your Kokiri Sword. This breaks after 100 hits and cannot be taken back in time with you.

Gilded Sword

How to get it: After forging the Razor Sword, defeat Goht of Snowhead Temple and bring spring to the mountains. Use a powder keg to blow up the boulder blocking the Goron Racetrack. Win the Gorn Race to recieve a bottle of Gold Dust. Take this dust to the Smithy and come back the next morning to recieve your Gilded Sword. (Do this on the first day)

What it does: This sword strikes with triple damage, can be taken back in time, and never breaks.

Great Faries Sword

How to get it: Bring all 15 stray faries from the Stone Tower to the Great Fairy Fountain in Ikana Canyon.

What it does: This C- button item is the most powerful sword in the game besides the Fierce Deity Link sword. This sword has very wide range but it cant charge up.

Mirror Shield

How to get it: This shield is found in the treasure chest at the bottom of the well by completing the Gibdo maze. Light the four braziers with your fire arrows or the deku stick found by killing a mature Deku Baba to find the chest.

What it does: You can reflect certain streams of light onto Sun Blocks or chargable mirrors in the Stone Tower Temple. This also allows you to destroy Sun Switches.

Ranged Weapons

Hero's bow

How to get it: Recieve this by defeating the Lizlafos in Woodfall.

What it does: This allows you to fire all forms of arrows to trip eye and crystal switches.

Fire Arrow

Recieve this by defeating Wizdrobe in Snowhead Temple.

What it does: This does extra damage to enemies. This also can melt ice, light braziers, trip frozen eye switches, and burn curtains and webs.

Ice Arrow

How to get it: Defeat Wort in Great Bay Temple to recieve this.

What it does: This freezes some enemies and allows you to make an ice- berg in water which is useful in getting from one side of land to another. You can also freeze the waterfalls in Great Bay Temple.

Light Arrow

How to get it: Recieve this by defeating Garo Master in Stone Tower Temple.

What it does: These are most impotant in Stone Tower Temple. Link can melt sun blocks and sun switches with these. These can also flip the Stone Tower by firing them at red rubies throughout the temple.

Hookshot

How to get it: In Great Bay, Gerudo Fortress, fire an arrow at the beehive on the roof of the main place through the bars. Then pick up the Hookshot in the middle of the palace room after the pirates have cleared away from the bees.

What it does: Link can pull himself up to wooden planks or hookshot targets to get faries, eggs, etc. Link can also pull enemies to him like bomchus. This is also useful in shooting bubbles, the enemies that come out at night with the blue or red flame, when you do this their flame will die away. Most enemies are damaged by the hookshot and you can stun ReDeads, Gibdo's and Gerudo pirates with this also. This is a highly useful tool.

How to get it: Save Koume in the Woods of Mystery by giving her the red potion, and take the Swamp Cruise. You will then recieve this.

How to get it: This allows you to spot hidden characters, enemies, chests, and platforms while slowly draining your magic power.

How to get it: In the Stock Pot Inn, talk to Anju on the first day and say that you had a reservation.

Bottles

Bottle (w/ red potion)

How to get it: Get this from Kotake in the Southern Swamp after you find Koume hurt in the Woods of Mystery.

Bottle (w/ Gold Dust)

How to get it: Bring spring to the mountains by defeating Goht. Then blow up the boulder that is blocking the Goron Racetrack with a Powder Keg and win the race to recieve this.

Bottle (w/ milk)

How to get it: Blow up the boulder that is blocking Romani Ranch and talk to Romani. Promise to help defend the ranch against the ghosts at 2 a.m. Successfully help her defend the ranch to recieve this.

Bottle (w/ Romani Ranch Milk)

How to get it: Defend Romani's ranch against the ghosts and then the next day talk to Cremia. Promise to come with her to deliver the Romani Ranch Milk. While taking the ride you must protect the milk on the back of the wagon from the Gorman Brothers. If at least one bottle of milk is left Cremia will give you the Romani Mask. Then, deliver the priority mail to Madame Aroma personally in the milk bar on the third night while wearing the Romani mask. Empty Bottle

How to get it: In Great Bay, hookshot up to the high cliff in near the waterfall and race the two beaver brothers as Zora to recieve this.

Empty Bottle

How to get it: On the third night, wear your Captains Mask to order the Starchilds to open the third and final grave. Help grave digger find all five digging spots and a Big Poe should appear. Defeat him to recieve this.

Note: The following items cannot be taken back in time with you

Powder Keg

How to get it: When spring comes to the Mountain Village, visit the Goron outside of Goron Village and complete his test to get the Powder Keg Certification to be able to carry these.

Magic Beans

How get it: Find the Magic Beans salesmen in the Deku Palace. Take a right when you enter the palace and avoid the gaurds. Its best to do this at night so that you can see the line of sight of the Deku Gaurds. You can also purchase these in the Southern Swamp from the Akindo Nut there.
